Challenge

We began working with Alignestry before the business officially launched, when it was still a concept in need of direction. Owner Jamie had a clear purpose for starting the company and a rough idea of her tagline and color preferences, but she needed help translating that vision into a cohesive brand.

As an HR professional, Jamie witnessed recurring operational breakdowns across teams and management. She noticed that leaders often try to “fix” team dynamics, when the real issue is inefficient systems and processes that fail to support the people using them. With a background in finance and a systems-oriented mindset, Jamie set out to design processes that enable teams to operate more smoothly and sustainably.

A Joi Touch Marketing Solutions partnered with Alignestry to solidify their brand foundation. Our work included brand research, positioning, messaging development, and creation of a visual identity. We collaborated with Jamie and her web designer to shape the website—providing a homepage layout, content, copy, and visual direction. We developed the logo, established an official color palette and brand guidelines, and refined core messaging to align with the business purpose and tagline.

Solution

We worked with Jamie to define her core customer, research their primary challenges, and establish Alignestry’s value proposition and positioning. We clarified the business’s core messaging and created a cohesive marketing system across all customer touchpoints—her website, Google Business Profile, social media, email signature, business card, and letterhead—ensuring each element reflected her brand and story.

Results

We developed a complete brand identity and partnered with Jamie and her designer to lead the creative vision for building Alignestry’s website from the ground up, ensuring the design clearly reflects their systems-first approach.
